Everyone of us plays a certain role in different background and we have a lot of things to balance in life. For example, when you’re at your 20 and just have graduated from university, you have to strive hard for your work; you have to find a good partner suitable for you; you have to begin to be financially independent from your parents or even support them as they’re gettng older; you have to cope with different social relationships you’ve built. To make sure that our life could move on smoothly, we often make plans and scheduals which may pose pressure on our burden. When anxiety poses pressure on you, the feeling of fear may be aroused. However, you’re not suggested not to be too nervous when any anxiety, which is your source of fear, interrupts you.
You’ll be a little excited when you realize that a certain amount of fear is just good for you as it can arouse your motivation to make proper actions which will help you grow. When you’re under fear, just keep yourself in peace and listen to your inner heart. Actually, what you’re afraid of is actually what you care about. Recalling the memory of studying abroad, my mother worried about me so much. Each time when it came a holiday of festival when I send a video request for greeting to her, she nearly cried out. By then I was worried that she was afraid of losing me and I also need her the most. Therefore, by the time I graduated and chose a job, I was determined to find a job I love and a person to be my partner who would be loved by my mother. Later I did it. My mom was satisfied with the job I chose to do upon graduation and she was also glad when Peter came to my home to visit her. Actually the three years of graduate study life and another year of confirming the job I want to do later was really hard for me. The decision I made to be with Peter was also a hard process for both of us. But we finnally got through.
Going though fear is not a easy process. However, as long as you are always brave and wise, and you’re willing to listen to your heart in peace, you’ll find the essence hidden in your fear and catch it. Then you need to take proper actions earnestly by following your heart. Your wise thinking and earnest efforts for coping fears in your heart finally will turn into more wisdom and confidence in yourself.
