Good Habits to Cope with Tiredness

There are various kinds of tasks waiting us to be dealt with everyday. Busy life of many people nowadays have make people more vulnerable to tiredness. Do you often feel tired? What do you usually do to cope with tiredness due to different reasons. I want to share some of the good habits I have in my daily life to cope with tiredness.


Cleaning the house.

Some people may doubt that “why I need to clean the house even when I am tired”, because it may make people more tired. Cleaning the house will indeed consume some of your energy and make you a little more tired sometimes. But doing some cleaning is also an exercise to relax your body and when you see all things well-organized in your house, you’ll feel better and such a satisfactory mood will strengthen your relaxation feeling. Moreover, a well-cleaned house can help people live more happily. I often feel very satisfied and relaxed after cleaning my house.


Have a bath an hour before bedtime.

Taking a bath is also a good way of relaxing, especially if you’re off a full work of a whole day. The best time to have a bath is an hour before bedtime because when you’re taking the shower, your blood vessel is being massaged and your blood circulation system may be speeded up a little during the shower time. You need one hour to recover your body temperature and fully relax your body before bedtime. I have already has the habit of taking a bath an hour before bedtime nearly everyday and when I breaks up this habit, my sleep quality may be bad and the next day I may be always in a dizzy state.


Have a sound sleep.

In modern society, people’s sleeping quality is interfered by more and more factors from outside as people have to confront with different pressures and environmental noises. As grown ups, we need to learn to deal with them properly and have a sound sleep as much as possible everyday. I always keep my bed clean and prepare my quilts comfortable to guarantee that I like to enjoy my bed time. I always change quilts in my bed and pajamas with the change of season and climate to adapt myself to a good quality sleep time.


Make a list of things to do.

In daytime we have to deal with different tasks in job and different items in our daily life because we have to act different roles everyday. Your memory may degerate with the passing of time. I always forget about something upon completion of my graduation time. Then I form a habit of making a list of things to do in a week gradually. I make a week plan for my full-time work and a week plan for my part-time job. In addition, I also have a week plan of sharing some of my spare time with my husband. I sometimes feel I’m very exhausted for being so busy, but I also feel my life well-organized and ful-filled as long as I can adapt myself properly. Making a list or making plans help improve myself more effectively.


Do some regular exercise.

Proper exercises are beneficial for getting rid tireness and strengthening your health. A workaholic may be more vulnerable to disease if he’s just concentrated on his work without any proper exercise. Sometimes I do yuga half an hour after super for about 40 minutes. It’s really a good exercise for females to relax your body. I like doing yuga because I find my body well-shaped for more than 6 years since I have this habit. Moreove, I can always have a very sound sleep after doing yoga in the evening.
