Oneness is a powerful energy that can produce major results immediately. This goes into the realm of quantum physics but can be explained simply. Every single thing - plants, books, furniture, horses,everything living or not - is composed of energy, the same energy. There is only one energy. It forms you, me, everything you set, everything you touch...everything in the entire Universe. Everything is made from this energy and we are all a part of it.Each of us is one Each of us is the one. We are all one and yet we are each separate and individual beings，thinking and acting our own way.Yet, we’re relied on whatever we see for everyone else, we see for ourselves.
Take weight as an example
If you see someone and think he is fat, you project the thought of fat onto him and because you are one with him, you add more energy to him being overweight and continuing to be so, but. and this is important...you also project the thought of fat onto yourself. You know your thoughts create...so what did you create? You just drew to yourself the energy of being fat!
This doesn’t mean you'll gain weight over night, but if you keep seeing “fat” everywhere you look, you will begin to see yourself as being fat. Whether you gain a few pounds, have trouble losing excess weight, or develop a distorted body image where you think you have more excess body fat chan you actually have. You will begin to change to become one with how you are viewing the person you labeled as “fat”. You will become fat, even if it's only in your mind.
This might seem like an extreme example, but look at the world around you. How often do you hear about the obesity epidemic? How often do you hear about diets - whether its new ones or someone who is on one? How often do you look at someone and see a flaw?
Energy of Oneness in relationships
When you see someone who is in a relationship, what do you think? Do you think they don’t deserve it? Do you feel sad? Do you feel it won’t last?
Whatever you think about her, you project onto her and onto yourself. If you think she doesn't deserve to be in a relationship, you become one with not deserving to be in a relationship yourself. You not only project the energy of “not deserving” onto her, but also onto you. You create a barrier that can prevent you from being in a relationship.
It's the same if you think she doesn't deserve to be with the person she is with - you project not deserving to be with the person she is with onto her and onto you. Think of what this means for a minute. If the person you desire is already with someone, you just unintentionally projected the energy of not deserving to be with the person you want onto yourself!
Do you see where this is going?
If you feel sad when you see someone in a relationship, you not only create sadness for that person, but you create it for yourself.
If you see someone in a relationship and you think it won't last, you give energy to that person’s relationship ending and to you being in a relationship that will end.
Your toughts create
Remember your thoughts create. If you fill them with imperfection, you will create imperfection. If, however, you think positive thoughts, you will create an amazing life for you and everyone in it. When you put all of this together and start looking at energy, oneness, and your thoughts, you understand how to use your thoughts to create successfully. You don't just sit on your couch and think perfect thoughts in that moment. You live your life seeing the world around you as already being perfect.You focus on the oneness around you. Feel connected to everyone and everything. See them as an extension of you. You want to allow yourself to be filled with love towards yourself and to everyone and everything you encounter.That loving energy will only draw more love to you, including the love of your specific person.
