Life Aspect: Career

Another aspect of your life that you can improve on using the Law of Attraction is your career. In the practical world, the career is not only the source of income but also an expression of a person’s passion, interest or expertise. Often-times, people spend more of their days in their offices, places of business or other locations related to their career. For some, their career is also their life. A good career is more than a way to earn a living for some but their careers are also their way to make a change in their lives.

Situation: Anxiety

The current states of the economy and the world today have brought various insecurities, especially in the tenure of countless employees working for small to global companies. Prior to the conditions today, job security is a given but today it is far from it. With downsizing and retrenching looming in all business horizons, most people regardless of position or industry feel this one thing: anxiety.

Anxiety is one of the most crippling thoughts for the mind to have. It is dangerous because it can stop you on your path to progress. The more anxious you become, the more you fill your thoughts with worry about your career, the more preoccupied you become with the thought. As a result and without knowing it, you may find yourself performing less than your peak capacity, the quality of your work suffers and your standing within your company is threatened.

This is the Law of Attraction at work. When you are anxious about your career, this state of mind attracts more situations that are harmful to your career. Of course, the same way that anxiety can attract these risks, replacing anxiety with something else allows you to attract success in your career.

Intervention: Motivation

When have your mind feeling worried or anxious for your career, then that is the perfect time to replace it with another set of thoughts. To attract success, you must feel successful with your tasks and responsibilities in the workplace; you can do this by developing motivation. Whether you source it through your passion, enthusiasm or interest, your mind is filled with motivation to push you through any task and effort or in this your, responsibilities in the workplace. By creating this positive energy within your mind, you can propel your performance to greater heights, securing your place in your organization.

There are other ways to apply the Law of Attraction for your career. First, you need to love the work that you have and the responsibilities that you are given. The Law is very plain, if you hate your job, then you will receive all forms of hate in relation to your job, such as tasks, managers, people around you and other elements in the workplace.

Also remember to open your mind. When you have progressed to such a level in your work performance that you have become an authority in your field, then you may find yourself being offered a job elsewhere or a promotion to another department. The more open you are to the possibilities around you, the more opportunities will present them to you.

Regardless of the efforts you make, you cannot fully avoid the pressures and stress of work. When these things happen, make sure to watch yourself, specifically the things you say. Stop yourself from saying that your work is bad, your bosses are terrible or you are overworked. Instead, exude the same thing that you want out of your present job, if you want organized processes, be an organizer. If you want to have an emphatic boss, then be an emphatic leader to your team.

At the same time, make full use of opportunities for rest, such as leaves, rest days or out of office hours. Use it to create what it is intended to produce, a respite from work. When you are at lunch, avoid using it as a work lunch, let your breaks revitalize you for the remaining work hours.

The Law of Attraction also works for those who are in between jobs. The same way that the Law works for those who are thriving in their workplace, the Law also works for those who are still searching for their next employment. The first step to use is to replace any sense of doubt with anticipation. Instead of losing confidence with yourself, you need to believe that there is a job that is perfect for you and for your skills. Do not focus on the failures or regrets of your previous employment but instead put your attention on your achievements and accomplishments. When rejections comes and they will, do not take it as an obstacle but a necessary step towards receiving the job that is truly meant for you.

Of course, the Law of Attraction does not operate in a vaccum. Action is as important as the proper thought or mental state when finding your job. Apply positive attidutes whenever you send your CV, respond to a job advertisement, and attend your interview all the way until you are offered the job. Take control of your career by using the Law of Attraction and by combining it with your actions.

Peace & Serenity

When you have applied the Law of Attraction to your workplace, the anxieties and worries normally associated with employment will fade away. You will perform better, produce higher quality output and most importantly continue to attract the same throughout your career. Within the environment of peace and serenity, even in the stressful place of work, you will secure your career and make it stronger than ever. Also, you will find the job that has been waiting for the right place and the right time for you to receive it.
