You need to think about the qualities he or she has that make you happy to be around them and make you love them. This is not something that can necessarily be achieved in a few minutes. Once you have listed all of the qualities of your partner that you really like, take the time to read the list. Read this as often as you can. Whenever you feel bored or frustrated, take out the list and read it. If you and your significant other have an argument, it is also a good opportunity to look at this list as well.
